A sweet layer of creamy cheesecake is sandwiched between two layers of peanut butter cookies and topped with Reese's Pieces!

1/3 C no-stir natural peanut butter
1/4 C sugar
1/3 C brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 C white whole wheat flour
1/2 C all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder

1/2 C + 2 tbsp quick oats
