Refrigerator Oatmeal

A quick, healthy breakfast for those on the go. Make the night before, set in the refrigerator, and enjoy a high-fiber, low-fat delicious meal the next morning.

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup milk
6 oz. yogurt – any flavor, any type
1/8 cup nuts, chia seeds, or flax seeds
In a 1/2 pint mason jar, add all ingredients. Mix ingredients well, then seal and place in refrigerator at least overnight. Will store for up to one week.
