Reuben's are one of my all-time favorites! I made this one with broccoli slaw instead of sauerkraut and it is outstanding.

Thousand Island dressing
Broccoli Slaw:
5–6 green onions
1/3 cup real mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon celery seed
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon Emerill Original Seasoning
3 teaspoon seasoned rice vinegar
12 oz. broccoli slaw
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon minced yellow onion
1 tablespoon minced dill pickle
1 tablespoon minced celery
1 tablespoon sour cream
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
dash hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste

Slice green onions, set aside. Combine the mayonnaise, celery seed, garlic powder, onion powder Emerill’s Original Seasoning and rice wine vinegar.
