Rhubarb Strawberry Pie with Sour Cream Crust

This is my family's favorite pie. It's sweet, tart, buttery, wrapped up with a hint of saltiness. It's so delicious I eat half of it every time. And that's why you want to make sure you bring sweat pants because you won't be able to just eat one piece.

Rhubarb Strawberry Pie
2 lbs rhubarb, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 7 cups)
1/2 pound strawberries, sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 cup sugar, plus more for sprinkling
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
2 large eggs

Sour Cream Crust
33/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 to 1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 3/4 cups cold unsalted butter
2/3 cup ice-cold water
2 tablespoon sour cream
1 teaspoon vinegar
