I had seen similar treats like these sold by a local cottage baker and thought I had to try them. I had the perfect opportunity to make these for a Christmas party I was hosting. They are really simple to make and you can use any shaped cookie cutter you want. I made the rice crispy treats in 2 batches, to make it easier. Ingredients for Rice Crisp Treats
cooking spray
wax paper
40 oz vanilla bark candy coating
20 oz chocolate bark candy coating (used about 1/2-3/4 of this amount)
handful of mini chocolate chips for buttons
2 dozen lolly pop sticks
crushed peppermint candy or sprinkles for hat accent
peanut butter chips for snowman nose
cooking spray
wax paper

Instructions for the Rice Crispy Treats
