Rich Potato Soup

Here’s a fantastic potato soup recipe! This one is so rich and thick, it can easily become a meal of its own when accompanied with a big chunk of bread.

1 carrot (large)
1 yellow onion (large)
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon butter
1 very large or 2 medium potatoes
½ tablespoon seasoned salt
½ tablespoon paprika
½ tablespoon parsley
½ tablespoon white flour
1 tablespoon heavy cream (optional)
