Ritz Chocolate Caramel Oatmeal

A creamy, and crunchy oatmeal, full of flavors, but still on the healthy side! That's how I want to start my day!

1/3 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
1/3 cup milk, fat free
3 Ritz Crackers, fat reduced, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package stevia
1 tablespoon cream cheese, fat free
1 piece of Hershey's milk chocolate
1 tablespoon Caramel Topping, sugar free
1/3 cup milk, fat free
3 Ritz Crackers, fat reduced, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package stevia
1 tablespoon cream cheese, fat free
1 piece of Hershey's milk chocolate
1 tablespoon Caramel Topping, sugar free
In a small microwave safe dish combine oats, milk, vanilla, stevia, cream cheese and two of the Ritz Crackers (crushed).
Microwave on high for 1 minute.
