Roast & Potatoes in the Ninja

Add the jalapenos for a little kick!

3 pound chuck roast
1 packet of dry ranch seasoning mix
1 packet of dry au jus gravy mix
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
1. Add 1/4 cup water into the slow cooker then place the chuck roast on top. 2. Sprinkle the dry ranch & the dry au jus mixes on top, then place the butter on top of the roast. Sprinkle the jalapeno slices on & around the roast. 3. Cook on crockpot low for about 5-5 hours. 4. Place sliced potatoes & onions around the roast about an hour into the cook time.
