This recipe for Parmesan Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower is one of my family’s favorite side dishes. It’s one of those easy recipes that always ends up on our holiday dinner table. It has even been known to turn non-broccoli and cauliflower people into broccoli lovers!

1 small head of broccoli
1/2 cup olive oil
¾ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
¾ cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
