Roasted Chicken Thighs

Easy, savory chicken thighs

2 chicken thighs
1 large clove garlic, smashed
olive oil
rosemary
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove skin and fat from thighs. Rinse thighs under cool water and pat dry. Pressing hard, rub garlic cloves all over thighs. Turn thighs bottom side up, and insert a small piece of garlic into a small indentation in the meat. Season both sides of thighs with salt and pepper. Place thighs meaty side up in a baking dish. Sprinkle with rosemary. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over thighs. Place in preheated oven. Flip after 45 minutes. Roast until cooked through. Flip again for last few moments of baking.
