This recipe is so easy to make and it’s ready in less than 30 minutes. It’s perfect for a quick weeknight meal. You can serve it over rice or pasta. Or, add it to a salad for a light dinner or easy lunch. Or, you can eat it just as it is.

1 stick butter, melted
1 lemon, sliced into 1/8 inch slices
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 packet dried Italian salad dressing mix
