Roasted Peppers, Onions & Carrots A Healthy Side at Dinner Time

1 Red Pepper (cut in strips)
1 Green Pepper (cut in strips)
1 Onion (cut in strips)
1 Carrot (cut in strips)
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Preheat the oven at 180*C. 2. Cut the peppers, onion & carrots into strips. 3. Place on oven tray and pour the extra Virgin Olive oil on vegetables. 4. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes turning occasionally. 5. Arrange on a side dish & serve.
