Radishes tossed with oil, lemon and salt and pepper, then roasted to perfection.

2 large bunches radishes (about 3 cups), cleaned, trimmed and cut in half lengthwise
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
