This Rocky Road Fudge is everything it should be and more...nutty, marshmallow-ey, and chocolate-y. It's the perfect blend of amazing textures and flavors...sweet, salty, gooey, and crunchy. Yum!

1 Tbsp. butter
2 cups (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups salted peanuts ( or mixed nuts )
1 pkg. (10 1/2 oz.) miniature marshmallows

Line a 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan with foil and spray the foil with cooking spray. Set aside. In a large saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, milk and remaining butter. Cook and stir over medium heat...
