Roll zucchini

4-5 zucchini
1 cup canned peas
1 cup cheese
1 bunch of parsley
1 sausage
2 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons yogurt
salt
Slice the zucchini into thin slices lengthwise and bake them on both sides of the grill or grill pan. Ready add salt with salt. When all the zucchini are ready to begin making the filling. Slice the sausages and add to the peas. Add the yogurt, crumbled cheese, chopped parsley, chopped garlic and stir the mixture. Begin to shape the roll, and arrange zucchini on 2 lines on the aluminum foil. At one end, spread the filling and roll up roll.
