Rolo Blondies

I am totally in love with these Rolo Blondies! The best blondie recipe I\\\'ve ever had, filled with a thick layer of gooey caramel & chocolate. One bite and you\\\'ll love these too!

3-1/4 C all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 C unsalted butter, melted
1-1/2 C light brown sugar, packed
3/4 C granulated (white) sugar
2 large eggs
1 TBS vanilla extract
1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
8 \"rolls\" of Rolos (52g each) OR 2 bags (203g each) of Mini Rolos
5 TBS heavy cream
