Romanian Polenta is a Simple Polenta Recipe

Try this polenta with pork goulash. It’s a great combination to experience Romanian cuisine.

3 cloves garlic chopped
3 onions, green (spring) chopped
1.5 cups milk
2 cups water
.5 cup sour cream
1 tsp salt, ground sea
1/2 tsp black pepper, ground
