Root Beer Pulled Pork

2

Heard of Dr. Pepper pulled pork? This is just the same delicious flavorful pulled pork but with root beer.

8
3-4 lb Pork tenderloin
Pork Rub (any of your favorite)
12 oz. Root Beer
Barbecue Sauce (to taste)
King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
Take your Pork Tenderloin and rub the entire thing with the pork rub. Make sure you get all sides, nooks and crannies. Put the tenderloin in a crock pot on low and pour in the can of root beer. Then let sit for 10-12 hours. Drain most of the liquid. Use some utensils to pull the pork apart and shred. Add as much barbecue to the pork as you want. I used a whole bottle of sauce. (18 ounces). Reduce the temperature to warm. Serve on the sweet rolls.
