Root Vegetable & Sausage Bake

This is a delicious, yet no fuss, comfort food dinner. It's as easy as chopping and putting in the oven. Feel free to change both the flavor of the sausage as well as the vegetables. It's super versatile.

2-3 red potatoes
2 large carrots
3 parsnips
1 lb brussel sprouts
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 T olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
5 sausage links (any variety)
1/4 C Italian dressing (recommended Robusto or similar)
