Rose in a pot…and all edible!

1 peach
2 tablespoon plain yogurt
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon cacao powder
2 strawberries
4 mint leaves
Cut peach into chunks, discard the pit. Put peach, yogurt and maple syrup in a blender, blend until smooth. Divide the content and pout into two small dessert bowls. Spread cacao powder over the peach yogurt mixture to cover the surface. Remove the calyx of the strawberries. Holding the strawberries tip side up, make cuts on the strawberries with a knife to shape them into flowers. After each cut, turn the “petals” out a little bit. Place one strawberry flower in each bowl and decorate with two mint leaves for each strawberry.
