Rich, buttery cookie crust and an amazing rosemary-lemon filling make these bars a winner!

Cookie Crust

1 Cup Unsalted butter (room temperature)
2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Powdered sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Filling

4 Eggs
1 Cup Granulated sugar
1 Cup Packed light brown sugar
1/3 Cup Fresh lemon juice
1 Teaspoon Lemon zest
1 Teaspoon Fresh rosemary (chopped very fine)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/4 Cup Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking power
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Garnish

Powdered sugar for dusting and a few rosemary sprigs for garnish
