Classic banana bread with a delicious streusel topping perfect for breakfast or an anytime snack.

3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup applesauce
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup rum
1 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
For topping:
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
