Sabudana Upma Recipe

The sabudana upma is very similar to sabudana khichdi in taste and texture. Have it with some coriander chutney for maximum amount of yummy in your tummy. Follow this recipe to cook up a delicious sabudana upma.
1 cup sabudana
1 tbsp roasted peanuts
2 potatoes (boiled, peeled, and cubed)
½” piece of ginger
2 green chilies (finely chopped)
½ tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
a handful of curry leaves
Oil/ghee for roasting

Soak the sabudana in water for 5-6 hours.
Grind the peanuts and make a coarse powder. Cut the ginger into small pieces.
Heat the oil a non-stick pan or wok and put it on the flame.
Put sago in it and roast...
