Sage rubbed pork tenderloin with roasted maple sweet potatoes and apples

Makes a great Sunday supper. This is a complete meal in 1 recipe.

For the pork
1lb pork tenderloin
1 Tbsp dried sage
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
olive oil
For the Sage Butter Sauce
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
2 Tbsp fresh sage, chopped
For the roasted sweet potatoes and apples
2lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
olive oil
salt and ground black pepper
2 medium gala apples, peeled, cored, and cut into wedges
1 Tbsp fresh sage leaves, chopped
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
1lb pork tenderloin
1 Tbsp dried sage
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Mix together in a small bowl the sage, sugar, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
