Salami Pizza with an Orzo Pizza Crust

We love pizza and I have made many variations of a crust and this one was new to me. I love orzo, so this has to be delicious, right?

1/2 cup orzo
1 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 Large egg
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
cooking spray
8oz tomato sauce
2 Large clove garlic
1/2 Medium onion (diced)
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
4oz salami
1/4 cup diced ham
2 heaped tablespoons sliced black olives
1/2 Medium red bell pepper (diced)
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup shredded parmesan
sliced green onion for garnish
