Salmon and Horseradish Fishcakes

These delicious Fishcakes are easy to make and perfect for little hands and tiny tums. They are tasty enough for the whole family to enjoy. The addition of polenta on the outside adds a satisfying crunch.

200g potatoes
250g fresh salmon fillets
100g frozen peas
Generous tsp of horseradish
