ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
200 g of meat salmon (skinned), cut into 3
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper powder
Apple Sauce:
1 tablespoon butter
1 apples, peeled, cut into wedges, seeded and thinly sliced
50 ounces button mushrooms, thinly sliced
50 ml Apple Cider
¼ tbsp sugar
1 tablespoon butter
200 g of meat salmon (skinned), cut into 3
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper powder
Apple Sauce:
1 tablespoon butter
1 apples, peeled, cut into wedges, seeded and thinly sliced
50 ounces button mushrooms, thinly sliced
50 ml Apple Cider
¼ tbsp sugar
How to Make:
1. Apple Sauce: Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan, put apples and cook until tender. Add the mushrooms and stir. Enter Apple Cider and sugar, stir well. Remove and set aside.
2. Heat the butter in a nonstick skillet. Place salmon (skin side down). Cook until browned and crispy skin.
3. Turn the fish, sprinkle with salt and black pepper powder, cook until done. Lift.
4. Place the fish on a serving plate and pour the apple sauce. Serve immediately.
