Salted Caramel Banana Cream Pie

This pie is a delicious combination of salty and sweet.

For The Crust:

3/4 cup (1.5 sticks) butter, melted
2 cups finely crushed pretzels
2 tbsp sugar
1.5 sliced bananas

For The Filling:

3 Organic (all natural) banana yogurt cups (Dannon, Yoplait, etc.)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar

For the Caramel Sauce:

24 unwrapped caramels
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp coarse sea salt

I love it because it's great for a holiday dinner. Everyone raves and it get devoured in no time. But, it's also perfect for busy weeknights. You can easily assemble this casserole ahead of time and stash it in the fridge until you're ready to eat it. Then just bake it off. 30 minutes and done!
