These sweet bars are the perfect way to end your meal. The combination of salty and sweet pleases even the pickiest of pallets.

For the bars:
1/4 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup finely crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
For the Caramel:
1 C. light brown sugar
1/2 C. half-and-half
4 T butter
1 T. vanilla extract
1-1/2 t. fleur de sel
