Salted Caramel Dark Chocolate Strawberries

These strawberries are dipped in caramel, drizzled with dark chocolate and sprinkled lightly with sea salt and are simply divine! They are easy enough to serve as simple summer dessert and yet elegant enough to serve as a special Valentine treat.

20-25 large strawberries, depending on size
40 caramels, unwrappped (put the kids to work)
3 Tablespoons whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cups dark chocolate chips

Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
