SALTED PASTRY STUFFED WITH POTATO

For Dough
Refined Flour (1 cup)
Maize Flour (half cup)
Semolina (4 tablespoon)
Oil ( 3 tablespoon)
salt to taste
FOR STUFFING
Boiled potatoes (3 to 4 big size finely chopped)
Green Peas(boiled half cup)
Cashew (finely chopped half cup)
Raisin (half cup)
Red chilly powder (1 tablespoon)
Garam masala ( 1 table spoon)
Mango powder ( 2 table spoon)
Sugar candy(half cup)
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Take Refined Flour ,maize Flour,Semolina add Salt and oil and mix well Knead the dough soft by adding water Take small piece of dough and roll it Like Puri (circle) Cut it into two pieces take one semi circle Brush the edges with water fold it from both sides to give the shape of cone Press it to lock Now stuff the potato mixture Brush the top edges with water and press to lock so that they do not open While frying take a pan pour oil deep fry till crispy and golden Brown Serve with Mint Sauce
