Saltine Chocolate Toffee Bars

This recipe is a must have for all you chocoholics and caramel lovers out there! You won't be able to eat just one piece. You will be hooked!

• 2 stick butter
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 package chocolate chips
• saltine crackers
• nuts of your choice, chopped
Cover large cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add sugar, bring to a boil and allow to boil until sugar dissolved (about 1 minute). Remove from heat and add vanilla. Layer cookie sheet with saltine crackers. Spread butter mixture and sugar mixture over crackers. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Melt chocolate chips and spread over crackers. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top while still hot. Allow to cool completely. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Peel foil off back. Break into pieces and serve. It looks like peanut brittle.
