Samoa Pudding Pie

This is a cross between a classing chocolate pudding pie and a Girl Scout cookie...the samoa!

1 pie crust of your choice, baked if necessary (I used a premade pie dough and then baked it )
2 boxes of instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups of cold milk
1 8 oz. container of whipped topping, divided
1/2 cup toasted shredded coconut
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Caramel apple dip or caramel ice cream topping

Combine pudding mix and milk. Whisk for two minutes. Add half of the container of whipped topping into the pudding mixture and fold together until blended. Pour pudding mixture into pie crust and spread out...
