Quick and easy meal you can throw in a crock pot. Tender chicken marinating in a tomato sauce with black beans and corn. Served over rice

3-4 Chicken breast-I used frozen
1 can corn-rinsed
1 can black beans-rinsed
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups salsa
1 Tbsp Garlic powder
1 can corn-rinsed
1 can black beans-rinsed
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups salsa
1 Tbsp Garlic powder
Mix everything together in the crock pot. Add the chicken on top and kind of push down a little so some of the sauce is covering the chicken. Cook on low and cook 6-8 hours. Serve over rice.
