Sassy Tailgate Sandwiches

Just about everything is cuter in mini form, don't you think? The same can be said about these yummy pint-sized sandwiches. Not only are they fun and little, but they're packed with lots of flavor from the crusty Parmesan topping to the cream cheese spread to the soft, sweet Hawaiian rolls that hold it all together. 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls, split
1 lb. shaved Black Forest ham
12 oz. Gruyere cheese, sliced (I used Gouda and it was great)
1 tub (8 oz.) Philadelphia Chive and Onion Cream Cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 t. dried minced onion
