This is a breakfast sandwich that we grew up eating. My mom always served the sausage with pineapple rings, but you can use eggs instead, if you prefer. They are quick and filling!

8 English Muffins or Butter Biscuits
8 frozen sausage patties, precooked
8 pineapple rings (or fried eggs)
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
