A delicious side dish using everyone\\\'s favorite superfood! The sweet tartness of the cranberries mixed with the toasted pecans will make this a new favorite on your holiday table!

4 bunches of kale (Washed, stems removed and rough chopped)
3-4 cloves of garlic minced
2 tbsp coarse salt
1/4 butter
1c dry white wine
4 tbsp olive oil
