4 Potatoes, cut into cubes
1 Green Pepper, cut into slices
1/2 White onion, cut into slices
1 Finely Chopped Garlic Clove
1/4 Cup of Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1/2 Tablespoon of rosemary
2 Tablespoons of Sugar
