1 tablespoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 lb sliced boneless rump roast
1/4 - 1/2 cup cornstarch
1 cup oil for frying
2 bunches green onion
2/3 cup brown sugar
