Savory Pork Chops with a Mustard Wine Sauce

Using basic mustard and a bit of white wine, this pork dish took a common weeknight dinner and turned it into an amazing dish!

4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
salt and pepper to taste
poultry seasoning to taste
2 Tablespoons coconut oil, divided
2 cloves garlic, minced, divided
1 large onion sliced thinly
1 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon Beaver Vally Sweet Mustard
basil and capers for garnish (optional)
