A beautiful dessert, chocolate éclairs with vanilla filling

Ingredients:

For the pastries:

250 ml water
150 ml sunflower oil
250 g flour
5 medium eggs
a pinch of salt
For the filling:

750 ml milk
150 g sugar
8 tbsp corn flour
100 g butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
For the glaze:

100 g icing sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp sunflower oil
4 tbsp boiling water
