Seafood Pasta with Crab Sauce

250 gms linguine
2 tbsps butter
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 kilo shrimps
1/2 kilo squid
1/4 kilo scallop
1 pck all-purpose cream
1/2 cup aligue ( crab fat )
salt and pepper
1 tbsp parsley
Cook pasta in boiling water in large saucepan following packet direction. Drain, set aside and keep warm.. To make sauce, melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and onion. Add shrimps, squid and scallops; cook until shrimps turns pink. Stir in all-purpose cream and aligue;cook , stirring , until sauce boils and thickens. Add hot sauce and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
