Delicious seared chicken that is topped with sautéed red onion, tangy anaheim peppers and two types of fresh tomatoes for amazing flavor.

2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
1/4 Large red onion (diced)
2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle Seasoning (divided)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 Medium anaheim peppers (diced)
1 cup small yellow tomatoes
1 cup red grape tomatoes
juice of one lime
2 Medium boneless skinless chicken breasts
Salt and Pepper to Taste
