I love to make Chinese takeout food at home and this recipe is a great example of why I love it! When you make takeout at home you know exactly what is going into it and you can modify it to fit your needs and wants. I made this broccoli as a side to the firecracker chicken I made the other day (recipe coming tomorrow!) and it was the perfect accompaniment. 1 1/4-1 1/2 lb. broccoli florets (this is about 4 crowns of broccoli trimmed of woody stems)
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
