Share n Tear Pizza Bread

This is an easy recipe and sure to please! It's great to serve up on a weekend, or take to parties etc, and is such a social dish, your diners can simply share and tear a piece and enjoy! You can serve this warm or cold, and with our without your favourite pizza sauce. You decide.

1 can of refrigerated biscuits LARGE size OR make your own dough. (see below for dough recipe)
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup pizza sauce (choose your favourite)
12-15 slices of pepperoni (Sliced into halves)
2 tsp dried oregano or italian seasoning
2 tsp garlic powder

If making your own Pizza dough:
1 1/4 cups warm to touch water
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup oil
4 cups AP flour
2 1/4 tsp instant yeast

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
