A Creamy cheesy mixture, that will bring you back to the pan for seconds, every time !!

1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 1/2 Tbsp Beef Boulion or oxo
1 Cup Beef Consume or water
1 Large Onion, finely chopped
3 Cloves Garlc, finely chopped
1/2 Tsp Salt & Pepper
3-4 Cups Mashed Potatoes
2 Cups Frozen Peaches & Cream Corn Nibblets
2 Cups Graded Cheese
A) In a Medium sauce pan, cook beef, onions, boulion & garlic. About 15 minutes. Add consume, cover & cook for 5 more minutes. B) Pour into casserole baking pan. Layer Corn, salt & Pepper, then layer the mashed potatoes. D) Bake at 350F for 20 minutes, Top with cheese and broil on high for another 5-8 minutes, until cheese is bubbling. ** If you are a cheese lover, do not be afraid to throw a cup or two of shredded cheese into your mashed potatoes while you are mashing them**
