THIS IS SPECIAL SINDHI KADHI MADE FROM DECADES

Tomatoes ( 300 grams)
Gram flour ( 2 table spoon)
Red chilly Powder ( 1 tablespoon)
Mustard seed (1 tablespoon)
Cumin seeds ( 1 tablespoon)
Ginger ( 1 small piece)
Green Chilly ( few)
Curry Leaves ( 6 to 8 )
Sugar ( 1 table spoon)
Oil ( 3 to 4 tablespoon
drumstick ( 5 to 6)
Okra ( 5 to 6)
salt to taste
Cut tomatoes into big pieces Take a vessel Boil tomatoes by adding little water in it When the tomatoes cool grind it to Form a puree strain it and keep aside take another vessel add oil mustard seeds , cumi seeds and curry leaves when they crackle add gram flour keep stiring gram flour till its brown now add tomatoe puree add ginger green chilly okra and drumstick salt red chilly powder turmeic powder salt and water as per your choice bring it boil cook it on a slow flame for 20 minutes add sugar to give taste of sweet and sour sprinkle it corainder leaves serve with rice
