Shrimp Egg Rolls-Baked

Healthy alternative to the standard egg roll. These egg rolls are baked and come out crispy and not greasy!

1 tbsp vegetable oil
8 large shrimp, diced
2 cups cabbage, shredded
1 medium carrot, shredded
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp sriracha sauce
A couple dashes of fish sauce
2 tbsp scallion, diced
