Silky Pumpkin Cake

yummy silky pumpkin cake ,with a sweet cream cheese icing. sure to make you drool and stock up on pumpkin puree.

4 eggs
1 2/3 cup sugar
1 cup veg oil
2 cups pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp salt

Beat eggs ,sugar , oil , and pumpkin together and set aside. Mix flour , baking powder , soda , spices and salt. Add to egg mixture. Spread into two 9'' cake pans. bake at 350 for 30 min.. test with tootpick. CREAM CHEESE ICING...
