1 1/3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 cup water
1 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
